
CONSULTING
THE
CLIENT---- Over the years MedBill has
had the opportunity to work with a number of different Health Care
providers to include Physicians, Physician Groups, Nursing Homes,
Clinics and Hospitals. During this time MedBill has had the
responsibility of integrating it’s program with each clients
existing recovery program for the best results. With each clients
having different recovery plans in place MedBill Srvices has been
afforded the unique opportunity to see what programs have been
successful and which ones are best suited for our clients.
MedBill’s
Management has taken this experience and utilized it to help many of
our clients achieve some of the greatest results in recovering lost
or potentially lost revenues stemming from their uninsured patients.
MedBill Services
has found that in consulting with many of our clients and
sharing with them our knowledge and experience has proven to be
second to none.
THE
PATIENT---As advocates it’s our
objective to make sure our client’s uninsured patients receive the
best service possible. In consultation a MedBill patient
advocate/eligibility specialist reviews each referral situation,
reviews the available Third Party Assistance (TPA) programs and
determines which one or ones are best suited.
It’s only through
consulting with each individual patient can the best program for
that patient be determined. Once in consultation the patient is
screened and necessary information is gathered at that point a
MedBill Services Advocate/ Case Manager can make a decision which
program to pursue. Regardless as to weather it’s Medicaid, Emergency
Relief, Disaster Relief, Social Security, Crime Victims,
Rehabilitation, Charity or etc. A MedBill Services representative
will work with the referred patient from the beginning of the
process until completion.
